“Jude” is the virtual assistant for Yaqoot, a digital only service by Zain KSA. 

Labiba designed and built Jude to answer all inquiries in both Arabic and English, walk the users through the subscription offers and packages, share a status update of orders, provide information on how users can send gifts to their families and friends through Yaqoot’s mobile application, and to solve any technical issue face by the user.
